Position: Inbound Customer Service (Work From Home)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients and their customers. As a representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide sales support. This is a remote position that offers flexible scheduling and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from clients’ customers, responding to questions and providing support with bookings, banking, and other sales-related inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to clients’ internal support departments and customers to clarify and resolve issues.
  • Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or client account representatives as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on clients’ sales and promotions, and maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming objections.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
  • Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)
Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum computer specifications or better as needed by client (laptop or desktop)
  • USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
  • Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
  • Phone service
  • Call center noise-cancelling phone (must be purchased by the representative)
