Chc1 is seeking a Call Center Specialist who will provide quality customer service to both internal staff and patients. The role includes managing calls, scheduling appointments, and answering medication questions while exemplifying efficiency and confidentiality. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess an Associate's Degree, and have experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
This full-time position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour with evening and weekend hours as needed. Remote workers must reside in the United States and have reliable internet access.
