Event Manager / Planner, Recreation & Leisure
The University of Michigan Dearborn Department of Athletics &Recreation is accepting applicants who would like to work in the Field House, Ice Arena, or Wellness Center.
Responsibilities*Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- checking MCards for access into the Wellness Center and Field House Gymnasium
- working on the event staff at all UM Dearborn Varsity athletic events,special events, and other rentals
- assisting with the set-up and take-down of the Field Housefor various events throughout the year
A familiarity with sportsis strongly preferred.
Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes .
Work ScheduleIndividuals must be able to work evenings and weekends.
