To work from home, agents must have a suitable desktop or laptop computer that meets the following:
- Operating System:
Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations;
Mac OS 13 or newer. - Minimum RAM: 6 GB (recommended 8 GB).
- Minimum internal storage sufficient for installation of required software.
- Display resolution: 1920 x 1080 or higher.
- External mouse (wired preferred).
- Keyboard (wired preferred).
- Webcam for training and meetings.
- USB headset (wired required, Bluetooth not acceptable).
- Internet speed tested via a system checker; reliable high-speed connection required.
Built-in laptop trackpads are not recommended for optimal performance.
Agents may use a speed test to verify internet connection, but automatic testing during hiring will determine suitability.
