Location: Lee's Summit
Prodware Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service regarding retirement plan payments, fully remote for 12+ months. Responsibilities include handling both periodic and non-periodic payments and addressing client inquiries related to payment options.
To qualify, candidates must have experience in an inbound call center environment and knowledge of employee benefits plans such as 401(k) and 403(b). Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Paid training will occur onsite for 3-4 weeks.
