Inside Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Location:

Grapevine, TX (Hybrid - Onsite Weekdays / Remote Weekends)

Schedule:

Full-time, flexible shifts (late morning to evening + one weekend day)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus Potential

Overview

We are hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. In this role, you'll engage with interested customers, qualify leads, set appointments, and drive sales conversations for in-home product demonstrations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working toward performance goals, and earning uncapped bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and schedule appointments

+ Follow up on warm leads and convert them into booked demonstrations

+ Use provided scripts while maintaining a natural, consultative conversation style

+ Ask effective questions to determine customer needs and readiness

+ Overcome objections and guide customers toward scheduling appointments

+ Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system

+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-through

+ Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently speak with customers

Required Qualifications

+ Previous experience in:

+ Customer service, call center, sales, or collections

+ Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

+ Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems

+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet performance metrics

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

Experience with :

+ Inside sales or appointment setting

+ Outbound calling or collections

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Schedule & Work Environment

+ Weekday shifts: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

+ One weekend day required (remote eligible):

+ Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

+ Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

+ Training:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (onsite)

+ Hybrid setup (remote work available on weekends)

+ Equipment provided (must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
