Job Description
The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for answering high‑volume inbound calls and providing effective customer service regarding property insurance. The role supports borrowers and carriers/agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance, de‑escalating calls, handling complaints, and processing premium disbursements.
Key Responsibilities- Cross‑trains with borrower follow‑up teams.
- Assists with answering questions in the help desk.
- Maintains availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines.
- Updates records and the note system as required.
- Handles disbursements of property insurance premiums.
- Receives inbound telephone calls from borrowers, insurance agents/carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance to resolve customer inquiries.
- Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- 0–2 years of related experience (Preferred).
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Business support, client‑facing, consumer protection, quality control (QC), service delivery.
CompensationUSD 19.00 per hour.
