What makes you a strong candidate- You are proficient in Salesforce, CRM tools.
- You have +3 years experience in Customer success.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, health checks, and business reviews.
- Identify and address customer pain points, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Perform other customer success-related tasks as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools.
