  • You are proficient in Salesforce, CRM tools.
  • You have +3 years experience in Customer success.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins, health checks, and business reviews.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Perform other customer success-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools.
