Position: Korean Customer Support Agent - (Bench Team) New Bellevue, WA

Customer Support Agent Bench Team (Korean fluency)

Role:
Provide world‑class customer service to clients’ customers, managing support tickets, troubleshooting, and ensuring first‑call resolution. This is an individual contributor position requiring Korean and English fluency.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver world‑class customer service by following established departmental policies, processes, and standards.
  • Manage and respond to customer support tickets within the established SLA and client standards, focusing on first‑call resolution.
  • Follow established troubleshooting procedures using appropriate resources, knowledge base, and desktop tools.
  • Assist in creating knowledge base articles and support team development through active collaboration.
  • Coordinate internally with other teams to provide feedback, identify trends, and resolve issues; serve as escalation point when needed.
  • Monitor client‑facing tools (Matter Most) and stay updated on client directives.
  • Respond to help requests escalated from Tier 2 Agents.
  • Apply critical thinking to make sound judgement calls and determine best steps for the client and user.
  • Collaborate with manager to onboard new and existing agents into the Escalated Accounts space.
  • Champion Blueprint’s core values and behaviors daily.
  • Assist in other ticket queues and special projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • One year or more customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers and able to perform initial level troubleshooting of computer and network issues.
  • Some online game knowledge and experience is preferred.

Compensation

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $23.00 to $25.50 USD/hour
. Actual starting pay determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Essential Functions

Must work a hybrid schedule, two in‑office days per week. Role may require work during weekends and holidays, including potential blackout dates when PTO is not approved.

Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a traditional office environment indoors.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, engaging with content on a monitor.
  • Proficiency using mouse, laptop touchpad, and keyboard, with minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.

  • Role may require ability to communicate in written form in other languages as specified.
