Call Center Spanish Representative (WFH) – Intellisight

We are looking for a Call Center Spanish Representative who will be the liaison between our company and our Spanish-speaking patients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving Spanish patients’ issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping patients’ satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

• Managing Spanish inbound calls from Spanish patients/PCPs/insurance in a professional manner.
• Providing accurate information and resolving Spanish patients’ inquiries and complaints.
• Building sustainable relationships and engaging patients by taking ownership of the situation.
• Keeping records of all conversations in our call-center database in a comprehensible way.
• Utilizing active listening skills to understand patient needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Documenting every interaction and updating the records with accurate information.
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.

Minimum 2 to 6 years of strong experience in any of the areas of Spanish customer service, sales, or collections. Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree.

• Permanent work from home.
• Knowledge of the medical industry is a plus.
• No work gap.
• Age limit: 35 years; especially for night shifts.
• US shift: 08:00 am EST to 05:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
• Saturday and Sunday – weekends off.
