Key Objectives
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via web chat platforms.
  • Resolve inquiries related to products, services, and technical support with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Contribute to a seamless customer experience by maintaining clear and friendly communication.
  • Support the sales and service teams by qualifying leads and escalating issues when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through web chat, ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Understand and communicate technical information related to turbo machinery products and services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and update relevant systems in real-time.
