8 AM - 5 PM OR 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Friday

About the RoleIn this full‑time role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support, guiding them through the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You'll help potential new clients feel heard and supported during challenging moments while helping our firm deliver the excellence and integrity we’re known for.
After a successful training and onboarding period (completed on‑site), you will have the option to work fully remotely or adopt a hybrid schedule, depending on your preference and performance. Either way, you’ll be supported by a collaborative, mission‑driven team that values your contribution and helps you thrive.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Gather and input detailed information into our intake system
- Build rapport and trust with individuals navigating emotionally charged legal issues
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure all necessary information is prepared
- Follow up on unresponsive leads and assist with client outreach
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless transition from intake to representation
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client communication and documentation
- Perform conflict checks
- Track lead source and conversation data to support marketing and business development
- Assist with administrative support like uploading documents, confirming information, etc.
- Ability to assist with optional after‑hours or weekend on‑call coverage ( Monday - Friday 6 PM - 9 PM, Saturday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM, Holidays 9 AM - 9 PM)
- Bilingual in Spanish (or other languages) is a bonus but not required
- Experience in legal intake, client development, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to support clients experiencing distress
- Comfortable managing high‑volume communication by phone and email
- Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate intake systems efficiently
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in fast‑paced environments
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Experience in a law firm is a major plus

This position may be performed remotely (within the state of Colorado), in a hybrid arrangement, or on‑site, depending on the needs of the firm. The role offers flexibility; however, during the training period, the Client Development Specialist is expected to be in the office as much as possible for onboarding, training, and integration with the team. The typical workday is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM.
