Work From Home with Turbo Tax Product Expert
- Get paid $24 per hour
- Get a $405 Certification bonus
- Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked
- Fast 24 hour Certification
- Earn Up to $24.00 Per Hour Based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week

- $18.50 per hour Includes:
- Guaranteed hourly pay
- Includes $3.00 Network Fee component

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.
Responsibilities- Answer customer queries about Turbo Tax products and tax return software.
- Assist with basic navigation, document import, printing, filing, and general tax questions.
- Handle certification processes and training as a Turbo Tax Product Expert.
- Build and manage flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday.
- Work at least 25 hours per week; optional extra hours available.
- Participate in live calls with assigned SME and support Marketplace Performance Specialist.
- No specific accounting background required.
- Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and help customers.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide clear solutions.
