[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $55K per year / Medical-Dental-Vision / 401k match (100% up to 4%)/ 120 Hours PTO - As a Customer Support Specialist at Point of Rental Software, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat;
Troubleshoot and resolve basic software issues reported by clients;
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our system;
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department;
Update and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and external use;
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and enhancements;
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
