Role SummaryOpen Text is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join its Sales Operations team. This role is central to delivering a seamless customer experience by managing inbound and outbound communications, resolving issues, and supporting both internal sales teams and external clients. It offers a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, multitasking, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, instant messages, and support tickets
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Ensure timely and effective responses to client needs
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Develop a working knowledge of Open Text’s product suite and related technologies
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up as needed
- College degree and/or technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in customer support, sales operations, or end-user support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with security and compliance solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for technology and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a respectful and supportive team environment
