Banking Call Center Representative (Remote) Join a customer-focused team supporting clients through a fast-paced remote contact center environment.
Job Highlights of the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)
- 100% Remote Position - Equipment Provided
- Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:15 PM - Paid Training on Banking Products and Services
- Voluntary Overtime Available
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with online and digital banking inquiries
- Troubleshoot account access and online banking issues
- Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information
- De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)
- 2+ years of call center or high-volume phone customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in challenging customer situations
- Banking experience preferred but not required
- Reliable internet service with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
- Access to a router at your workspace for an ethernet connection
