Looking for a stable,
full-time job with paid training and growth opportunities? Our client is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, supportive team handling inbound calls, billing questions, and service requests.

What You'll Do:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist customers
Help with billing, payments, account setup, and service requests

- Provide friendly, professional customer support
Perform data entry, documentation, and admin tasks

- Process payments and basic cash handling

Schedule & Work Setup:
- Hybrid role:
Work from home + office days

- Must have reliable high-speed internet & quiet workspace

- Must be able to come onsite if needed

- Paid Training Included

6-8 weeks training (attendance required)

- Full role confidence in 6-10 months

- Ongoing support from leadership & team

Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of Customer service, call center, retail, or admin experience
- At least 1-2 years working in a call center environment
- Comfortable handling high call volumes

- Strong communication, computer skills & tech savvy
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
