About the Role

Are you looking for a flexible opportunity that allows you to work remotely while helping others create memorable travel experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Flexible Schedule Travel Advisor.

In this position, you'll work with clients to explore travel possibilities, coordinate vacation arrangements, and assist with trip preparation. Whether clients are planning a relaxing resort stay, a cruise getaway, or an international adventure, you'll help ensure their travel plans come together smoothly.

No previous travel industry experience is necessary. Comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do
  • Work with clients to understand their travel interests, goals, and preferences
  • Assist with arranging vacation components such as lodging, cruises, transportation, and activities
  • Explore available travel options through approved supplier and booking platforms
  • Provide helpful recommendations based on client needs and desired experiences
  • Help manage travel requests, confirmations, and itinerary details
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
  • Keep booking information and client records organized and up to date
  • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities
Ideal Candidate
  • Enjoys helping people and delivering excellent service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable learning new online systems and tools
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
