Customer Service Representative – Bilingual in English & Spanish
A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career development, and the potential to transition to remote work after meeting performance expectations.

Schedule:
Tues-Sat 8‑hour shift anywhere between 8am‑6pm
6‑Weeks of Training (4 weeks of training, 2 weeks of nesting)
Once you go direct with the company, based off quality/KPI, you can apply to work from home, there is also room for progression within the company after 1‑year into the role.
What You’ll Do- Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships
- Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics
- Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership
- Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members
- Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
- Previous customer service experience (call center or financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and member‑focused approach

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
PayThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $21.50/hr.
