Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Management Lead, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for occasional remote work. In this position, you will oversee community engagement efforts for luxury lifestyle clients by managing online discussions and strengthening relationships with audiences. Responsibilities include leading community engagement strategies, managing communications across various social media platforms, addressing customer inquiries, fostering interactions that reflect brand identity, and analyzing community data to refine approaches and ensure alignment with client goals.

• Strong Community Management and Community Engagement experience, with a focus on fostering authentic interactions
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build meaningful relationships and represent luxury brands effectively
• Proven Customer Service expertise and the ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally
• Insightful decision-making and strategic thinking to curate and navigate online communities
• Prior experience in the luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or travel sectors is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when working remotely
• An understanding of social media trends and how they apply within the luxury lifestyle space
