Service Center Associate / Call Center Representative

$18.71 to $19.21 per hour with step progression.

• Perform a broad variety of financial services related to operations, online banking support, Visa card and Member account support.
• Cross‑sell and answer member questions regarding products and services.
• Assist with any issues that arise and perform a variety of account maintenance.
• Make outbound member contacts.
• Maintain records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with applicable policies and regulations.
• Refer helpful products and services to members.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• No experience needed. Paid training provided.
• On‑site position only; not eligible to work from home.
• Flexibility and willingness to work required.
• Positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance.
• Reliable transportation and attendance are a must.
• Basic math and computer skills necessary.
• Physical demands: stand for extended periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, speak and hear distinctly, lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Mental demands: be alert to member needs, resourceful in solving member problems, precise when updating member accounts, deal with people effectively under adverse and stressful conditions, exhibit patience.

Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 7:00 pm;
Saturday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm; closed on Sundays. This is a full‑time position with benefits.

Open most holidays and receive double time for holidays worked. Closed as a company on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Saturdays are scheduled on a rotation.
