Overview
This role provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors, serving as the primary point of contact to address client needs, promote banking solutions, and support operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist with ensuring practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration and communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
- Support enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA’s business, customizing solutions based on specific needs.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Current holder or candidate of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and/or Series
66 (or Series
63/65 in lieu of66). - Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs and delivering complex solutions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Detail orientation.

- Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay: $25.00 – $44.00, determined by experience, education, and skill set.
- Eligibility for annual discretionary incentive award.
