Zurich is a leading multi-line insurer serving customers in global and local markets. We are seeking confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Customer Care Professionals to join our dedicated Claims Call Center team beginning in early August 2026. The role offers a 6‑week in‑depth training that covers everything you’ll need to get started.

All candidates hired must live in the United States. Preferred time zones are CST, PST, and MST.

Core Responsibilities
  • Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received through Zurich’s phone and non‑phone reporting options in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries to or involve others to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems efficiently.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the team to improve the quality of customer care.
  • Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the company’s risk and compliance policies.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of call‑center experience.
  • Strong data entry skills, typing 32 WPM or more.
  • Proficiency in Windows‑based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
  • Strong comprehension skills and professional demeanor.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
  • Insurance knowledge preferred.
Work-From-Home Office Requirements
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Minimum internet connection: stable, high‑speed internet with at least 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.79 – $21.64, with a short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5 %. Salaries may vary by location due to local laws and your skills and experience.
