Call Center Representative

We are looking for dynamic Solutions Center Representatives to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.

• Associate or Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of work-related customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, analytical, and computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently navigate and operate a personal computer and all related claims/business software.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Must have open availability to work Monday-Friday between 8 am - 11 pm and Saturday from 9 am - 6 pm

Location: Hybrid – Monday & Friday will be working from home and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday will be in the office located in Grandview Heights
