In This Role, You’ll:- Manage calls for donation processing and provide exceptional customer service.
- Enter donor details accurately and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months remote or 1 year in a related role.
- Strong communication skills and a quiet, reliable workspace.
- Basic computer skills and flexibility with your schedule.
