Are you a natural connector who loves helping people reach their goals? If you light up when talking about fitness and want to help others unlock more life, we want you on our team! We are looking for a New Member Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our member experience. You will be the primary point of contact for every new member starting on Day 1.
Your mission is to guide, support, and champion our members continuously as they begin their fitness journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, motivated, and empowered.
- Day 1 Welcome: Guide new members through their first studio experience, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and excited to return.
- Continuous Onboarding Support: Build strong relationships through consistent communication, checking in at regular intervals (e.g., Week 1, Month 1, Month 2, Month 3, Month
4) during their first 4 months. - Goal & Experience Tracking: Actively listen to member feedback during touchpoints to discover what they love, address what they need help with, and keep them aligned with their fitness goals.
- Milestone Celebration: Partner with our coaching and sales teams to track member progress and celebrate wins (e.g., class counts, Personal Records) on our studio Goal and "Brag" Board.
- Community Building: Foster a strong, inclusive Orange family by answering questions, providing studio tours, and resolving member concerns with a sense of urgency.
- Passionate & Positive: You are energetic, outgoing, and able to strike up a conversation with anyone.
- Adaptable & Mobile: You are flexible and excited to work across two studio locations, Novato and Mill Valley, and you have reliable transportation to travel between them.
- A Relationship Builder: You thrive on keeping in touch with people and naturally remember the small details that make members feel special.
- A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for making people feel heard and valued.
- Empathetic & Supportive: You know that starting a new fitness routine can be intimidating and are quick to provide encouragement and guidance.
- Note:
Prior experience in fitness, retail sales, or customer success is a huge plus! OTF Member or Former Member? Even Better!
