Bilingual Call Center Representative

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our remote contact center team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer support in both English and Spanish. This is a fully remote position for candidates living in Georgia who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people.

Schedule

* 40-hour Full-Time set weekly schedule

* 8 hours on the weekend will be required beginning in the second week. Typically, either 9a-6p EST on Saturday or 12p-9p EST on Sunday will be available
