• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and assist customers; help with billing, payments, account set‑up, and service requests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer support; perform data entry, documentation, and admin tasks.
• Process payments and basic cash handling.

• Hybrid role: work from home plus office days.
• Must have reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Must be able to come onsite if needed.
• Paid training included: 6–8 weeks of training (attendance required).
• Full role confidence in 6–10 months.
• Ongoing support from leadership and team.

• At least 1–2 years of customer service, call center, retail, or admin experience.
• At least 1–2 years working in a call center environment.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Strong communication, computer skills, and tech savvy.
• Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented.
