What You’ll Do- Answer high‑volume inbound calls and assist customers; help with billing, payments, account set‑up, and service requests.
- Provide friendly, professional customer support; perform data entry, documentation, and admin tasks.
- Process payments and basic cash handling.
- Hybrid role: work from home plus office days.
- Must have reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Must be able to come onsite if needed.
- Paid training included: 6–8 weeks of training (attendance required).
- Full role confidence in 6–10 months.
- Ongoing support from leadership and team.
- At least 1–2 years of customer service, call center, retail, or admin experience.
- At least 1–2 years working in a call center environment.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes.
- Strong communication, computer skills, and tech savvy.
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented.
