If you answered “yes” and are customer service-minded, we are hiring Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, also known as Financial Customer Associates (FCA), who live within 60 miles of the Greater Omaha area including Lincoln, NE.
We have multiple Spanish teams that provide financial support to our customers worldwide. All training and onboarding are provided in English, with the possibility of joining our Spanish teams once proficient in servicing calls in English. If you are comfortable having conversations over the phone in either English or Spanish, this opportunity is for YOU.
In this full-time position, you will help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial goals. You will assist with questions about their 401k, help with withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, and provide education or resources. No finance background is required to succeed.
What To Expect…- Join a training cohort during the first 14 weeks to become a Financial Customer Associate, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more complex calls related to 401K plans.
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing customer calls, team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.
- Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress.
- This is a full-time hourly position with opportunities for overtime based on business needs and your availability.
- Effective communication skills to establish rapport with customers.
- Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting basic technology issues.
- Ability to handle a variety of situations with resolution focus.
- Self-motivated with strong social skills, energy, and passion.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- A passion for helping people.
- Desire for continuous learning and applying new concepts.
- Outstanding customer service via voice or digital channels.

Shifts and Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, with open availability from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm CST. Overtime is encouraged during peak periods.
