What You're Doing- Guide customers through their buying journey - from first questions to final builds
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email with speed, accuracy, and personality
- Recommend the perfect systems for gamers, creators, and professionals
- Multitask across multiple active conversations while maintaining accuracy and focus
- Work efficiently through support tickets so customers get fast, clear, and helpful answers
- Use tools like ChatGPT and AI assistants to improve speed and solution quality
- Collaborate with a team that lives and breathes tech and customer excellence
- 4‑Day Work Weeks (Mon‑Fri, outside of peak holiday season)

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Focused work ethic - you follow through on issues and move on efficiently
- Ability to resolve tickets quickly and clearly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to support customers
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent - must be 18+
- Local to Lincoln, NE - this is an on‑site role
- 2‑4 years of customer service or phone‑based sales experience
- Familiarity with CRMs or customer service platforms
- Experience helping others with gaming setups or computer builds
