Job Overview

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service‑related communication in a fast‑paced remote environment. This remote role is open to candidates based in Mobile, AL and the surrounding area and requires availability during Central Time business hours. Training will be provided. • Manage client communications and support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate schedules and appointment‑related tasks

• Maintain accurate records and update systems as required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and comfort working in a structured, task‑based environment
• Ability to remain responsive and detail‑oriented under workload
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative roles, or similar is a plus
