Claims Service Specialist

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Salary: $25.81 - $30.53 per hour ($52,000 - $61,500 annually)

Type: Hybrid – training 100% in-office (6-9 months); post training 4 days a week in office and 1 day a week remote

Key responsibilities:

• Assist policyholders during an accident, collect facts about the incident, investigate claim details, and gather statements from involved parties.
• Provide outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Education/Certifications (preferred):

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Active Adjusters insurance license.
