We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Washington, USA.

Salary: 1800$ per month, negotiable based on experience.

• Communicate with clients through various online channels including email, chat, and social media.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and assess clients' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the quality of service provided.

• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.
• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
• Training provided.
