About the Role
This is a remote customer service role focused on health insurance inquiries. You will handle calls and emails, evaluate customer situations, and provide accurate information while staying calm and professional.
What You’ll Do- Research and handle questions about benefits, eligibility, payments, and quality‑of‑care concerns.
- Provide accurate information to customers, managers and clients.
- Create and send status updates or service recovery communications.
- Route or escalate inquiries when needed.
- Explain policies, procedures and benefit details.
- Document each interaction clearly in the tracking system.
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.
Position starts at $14 per hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar role.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
- Availability Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑9 p.m. Eastern (or equivalent Central, Mountain, Pacific).
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow a set schedule.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Logical reasoning and basic math skills.
- Strong listening, organization, multitasking and time management.
- Empathy, dependability and ability to work in a changing environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and 30+ WPM typing.
- Indiana resident.
- Secluded, distraction‑free workspace.
- High‑speed wired internet and Ethernet connection.
