About The Role

What if your experience on the front lines of customer service could help shape how AI coaches professionals for years to come? We're looking for experienced Customer Service professionals in Atlanta and the Southeast to evaluate and improve AI-powered career guidance systems — making sure they reflect the real world of customer-facing work.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. If you have genuine experience in customer service and a talent for giving practical advice, this role is a natural fit.

What You'll Do
  • Review career questions from professionals navigating different stages of a customer service career
  • Write authoritative "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance from within the field
  • Create evaluation rubrics that objectively measure the quality of AI-generated career advice
  • Spot AI recommendations that are inaccurate, unrealistic, vague, or missing critical nuance
  • Bring your real-world industry knowledge into projects designed to improve AI career coaching tools
  • Work independently, asynchronously, and on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Solid experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
  • Strong understanding of career growth, role progression, and skill-building within customer-facing environments
  • Excellent written communication skills — you can give advice that is clear, specific, and useful
  • Comfortable evaluating the quality of written guidance with a critical, experienced eye
  • Reliable and self-directed when working remotely without direct oversight
  • No prior AI, technology, or research background required
Nice to Have
  • Supervisory, team lead, or management experience in customer service
  • History of training, mentoring, or onboarding customer service staff
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
  • Quality assurance, call coaching, or contact center management background
  • Customer Success or B2B client management experience
