Tufts University is looking for a Call Center Coordinator for its Dental School. This fully remote position includes mandatory onsite training for the first 6-8 weeks. The coordinator will triage and resolve patient inquiries, schedule appointments across clinics, and maintain electronic medical records.
Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and preferably some experience in healthcare or a call center environment. Pay ranges from $19.20 to $25.90 based on experience.
