WTW is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative in their Via Benefits business. This seasonal role is focused on managing customer relationships, primarily through phone conversations, and providing exceptional service to drive customer loyalty.
Customer Service Representatives start at $16.50/hr. and are eligible for overtime during peak periods. Work from home is available but eligibility is required based on state residency.
