Position: Work at Home Customer Service Advisor (Indiana residents)

About the Role

This is a remote customer service role focused on health insurance inquiries. You will handle calls and emails, evaluate customer situations, and provide accurate information while staying calm and professional.

What You’ll Do
  • Research and handle questions about benefits, eligibility, payments, and quality‑of‑care concerns.
  • Provide accurate information to customers, managers and clients.
  • Create and send status updates or service recovery communications.
  • Route or escalate inquiries when needed.
  • Explain policies, procedures and benefit details.
  • Document each interaction clearly in the tracking system.
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.
Pay Transparency

Position starts at $14 per hour.

Eligibility Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar role.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
  • Availability Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑9 p.m. Eastern (or equivalent Central, Mountain, Pacific).
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow a set schedule.

  • Strong listening, organization, multitasking and time management.
  • Empathy, dependability and ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and 30+ WPM typing.

  • Indiana resident.
  • Secluded, distraction‑free workspace.
  • High‑speed wired internet and Ethernet connection.
