Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Service Call Center Representative with a starting pay of $20 per hour, plus an additional $2 for Bilingual Spanish/English certification. This role provides exceptional service and processes transactions while working from home after training.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage a flexible schedule.
