Position Overview

A Customer Service Specialist supports HSN by answering inbound customer calls, problem‑solving, de‑escalating issues, and promoting products to drive sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives where applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
  • Offer additional products during each customer interaction.
  • Assist customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
  • Personalize the experience for each caller and de‑escalate unique situations.
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.

Qualifications
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate with a variety of styles.
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens.
  • Follow HSN computer system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT as needed.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
  • Provide a distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
Working Location

This is a remote position. Applicants must reside in Virginia.
