Position Overview
A Customer Service Specialist supports HSN by answering inbound customer calls, problem‑solving, de‑escalating issues, and promoting products to drive sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume.
Compensation$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives where applicable.
Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
- Offer additional products during each customer interaction.
- Assist customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Personalize the experience for each caller and de‑escalate unique situations.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the QVC Group family of brands.
- 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate with a variety of styles.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens.
- Follow HSN computer system requirements.
- Troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT as needed.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
- Provide a distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
This is a remote position. Applicants must reside in Virginia.
