ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Bilingual Tier 1 Service Desk Representative to support English and Spanish inbound calls. This fully remote position will involve assisting customers with inquiries and issues via a cloud-based system.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be fluent in Spanish. Training will be provided to ensure success in a collaborative environment.
