Turbo Tax is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions regarding Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You will handle queries related to downloading, logging in, and general tax questions while providing clear solutions and empathetic support.
This position offers flexible scheduling from 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, with a guaranteed pay of $18.50 per hour and opportunities for bonus earnings. Certification and training support will be provided.
