ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is looking for a Bilingual Tier 1 Service Desk Representative to support customers with inquiries in English and Spanish. This role includes assisting with filing complaints and providing status updates, all performed remotely.
Qualified candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service experience, and fluency in Spanish. You will be trained online and expected to work efficiently and professionally from a secure area within your residence.
