Turbo Tax is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries related to Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You will be responsible for answering questions on basic navigation, importing documents, and general tax inquiries. A flexible work-from-home schedule is available, allowing for shifts between 8 AM and 12 AM EST.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to empathize with customers. Enjoy competitive pay of $24 per hour and additional performance bonuses.
