Healthfirst is hiring CCO Agents for a fully remote position. Ideal candidates must be bilingual in Russian, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Spanish and have experience in customer service. You will support Contact Center Operations by providing exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining member relationships while meeting performance KPIs, all within a fast-paced environment.
