Otisline Customer Service Representative

Overview

OTISLINE® is a unique, quality‑driven, customer‑focused environment based in Bloomfield, CT. After training, a hybrid remote work arrangement is possible. This role includes participation in an incentive compensation program based on quality and productivity.

• Receive, document, and process service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and Otis local offices using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ensure timely dispatch of service mechanics and appropriately escalated requests to Otis field management.
• Perform additional tasks such as elevator phone programming and continuous improvement activities.

• High school diploma.
• Dedicated workspace and high‑speed internet connection.
• Excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette, and ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.
• Strong familiarity with computers and basic applications.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, writing) and attention to detail.
• Ability to achieve and maintain performance metrics such as call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality monitoring.
• Adherence to assigned work schedules, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Shift differential pay is available for work outside 1st shift/weekdays.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a call‑center and team environment with shift work requirements.
• Commitment to Otis’ absolutes of safety, ethics, and quality.
• French/English language proficiency required.

Salary range: $42,000.00 per year.
