Location: New York
Antler is seeking a Customer Success Specialist based in New York City for Stardex, an AI-driven ATS and CRM. As the first dedicated hire in this role, you'll define how customer support operates and ensure effective communication with clients. Your background in SaaS customer service and strong problem-solving skills will help you engage with sophisticated users and improve processes as the company scales.
This remote-first position offers a competitive compensation range of $70K–$110K plus equity. You'll have ownership over the function and work closely with founders to shape the company's customer success strategy.
