Customer Service Specialist – HSN

Remote work from home (Georgia only). Join a fast‑paced team that assists HSN customers by problem‑solving, de‑escalating situations, promoting products, and improving sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume.

What You’ll Do

$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives as applicable.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
  • Manage calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
What You’ll Bring
  • Provide a distraction‑free work from home environment.
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment.
  • Communicate with a variety of styles.
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens.
  • Follow HSN computer system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
  • Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.
