Collection Specialist with French

Role Overview

As a member of our Collection Team, you will collaborate with our French speaking stakeholders in Luxemburg and Belgium to build strong business relationships with customers, resolve overdue bills, and collect payments. You will be the first point of contact for our Partners and uphold excellent customer service standards while staying well‑organised and efficient. This position requires working until 5:00PM every day to ensure smooth customer service for our clients.

At our Global Shared Service Center, we provide essential services to all companies within the Electrolux Group worldwide. Our dedicated teams specialise in Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.

• Perform collection process for assigned entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non‑payments
• Deliver high level of customer service
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts
• Participate in resolution of unclear payments
• Evaluate customer account and payment history
• Elaborate the reports (periodical and upon request)
• Prepare and update process maps and desktop procedures
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments & refunds and resolve billing & customer credit issues

• Fluent French and English – required
• Solid experience in OTC Collections area
• Confident user of SAP in the Collections field
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Great communication skills & telephone manner
